UPDATE, SEPT. 12: The opening of both Enhanced Security Pedestrian Gates (ESPGs) on Kelley Barracks has been delayed. The garrison is working closely with DPW and the contractor to address the technical issues causing the delay. Until these issues are resolved, both gates will remain closed. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the community's patience as we work toward a solution. Updates will be provided as soon as they become available.

The Enhanced Security Pedestrian Gates (ESPGs) at Kelley Barracks will be closed from Aug. 27 - Sept. 11 for required upgrades to improve access and security.
During this time, pedestrians must access the installation through the main gate.
The upgrades include a total replacement of all interior components and will include climate control.
