The Giving Season is Here
Whether you’re planning to celebrate at home or headed out of town for the Thanksgiving weekend there are a number of Thanksgiving celebrations to attend. Here are a few ways to partake in the festivities without having to cook a full spread at home.
Saturday, Nov. 23
- BOSS Thanksgiving Dinner (Marriott Sindelfingen)
6 to 9 p.m.
Any single, unaccompanied, single parent, or geo-bachelor service members are eligible to participate in this free banquet. The American style Thanksgiving dinner features turkey, stuffing, mac and cheese, yams, salad, corn chowder and desserts. Register at any Stuttgart Fitness Center or on Webtrac by November 18.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
- Thanksgiving meal at The Originals DFAC on Panzer Kaserne.
11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Stop by anytime for an AYCE Thanksgiving meal featuring roast turkey, honey glazed ham, steamed shrimp, honey glazed Cornish hen, and grilled T-bone steaks with sides, vegetables, assorted breads/pastries and soup. No registration is required. The holiday meal is $11.40 standard price or $8.45 discounted for E1-E4 and their dependents.
