82nd Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest (light)

The Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest is returning to the Cannstatter Wasen as the “Frühlingsfest light”. After a two-year break due the Corona-pandemic, the state capital gave the green light on March 2nd for the light version from April 16th to May 8th.

The opening ceremony will take place on April 16th, 11 a.m. There will be no large festival tents this year. The beer garden concept of the last few years will be continued for this. The Almhüttendorf is not affected. There is also a ferris wheel and other attractions.

The concepts have been prepared and are currently being planned for all possibilities with regard to the possible Corona regulations. “We are currently assuming that the pandemic regulations will be relaxed, so that we do not have to fence in the festival grounds. It is clear that the decision is subject to the upcoming Corona regulations of March 20th”, says in.Stuttgart CEO Andreas Kroll.

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 2 pm
Sat., Sun., public holiday from 12 noon

Closing hours:
Sunday to Thursday until 10 p.m.
Fr., Sa. and before holidays until 11 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday, April 25/26 and May 2/3, the fairground will be closed.
