🏘 The U.S. Army has announced the start of its annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey to gather crucial feedback from Soldiers and their families about their housing experiences. This survey is part of the Army’s ongoing commitment to ensure Soldiers and families are heard and improve living conditions in Army housing. Safe, quality and affordable housing ensures that our warfighters are able to maintain their focus on ensuring Army readiness. The 2025 edition of the survey is now open through May 1.
📝 If you live on post in barracks, unaccompanied housing, or family housing, please take a few minutes to provide your honest, anonymous feedback on what’s going well and what could be improved. Past input has led to the introduction of a stairwell cleaning contract and plans for balconies, rolladens, and bike racks.
❗ It should only take about 10 minutes to complete.
Invitations were sent out to all tenants from ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com. If you can’t find it or didn’t receive it, check with your spouse, partner, or other household member in case they received it, and if still not found, request a link by contacting ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com with your garrison’s name (USAG Stuttgart) and your complete street address (including unit number, if applicable).
The Tenant Satisfaction Survey is Office of Management and Budget approved: OMB Control Number 0704-0553; OMB Expiration Date 05/31/2025.
