Pharmacy Service Update
Due to a global disruption affecting TRICARE beneficiaries, our Patch pharmacy, and pharmacies across all Military Health Facilities, temporarily continue to experience difficulties in processing prescriptions. As a result, we will only be able to fill URGENT prescriptions (antibiotics and pain medications) at this time. All others are highly encouraged to contact pharmacy at (0)6371-9464-1633 or via the MHSG Patient Portal to activate your prescriptions, expect a 48-hour turnaround.
As a reminder, if you submitted a refill request before February 21st, your refill is ready for pickup.
Alternatively, you may consider filling your hardcopy prescriptions at a local Apotheke.
