Spooky season is upon us!

We are just as excited as you are for Halloween. To ensure we have a safe and successful trick-or-treating event, please carefully read and follow these guidelines:

Trick-or-treating will take place in on-post housing areas from 5 – 7:30 p.m on Oct. 31.

Candy may only be given out at the bottom of the stairwells. If there is no station at the bottom of the stairwell, do not enter and begin knocking on doors.

No new visitor sign-ins will be authorized from noon – 8 p.m. on Oct. 31 across all USAG Stuttgart installations.

You may sign in escorted guests at any installation (for up to 30 days) prior to Oct. 31. Guests must be present with appropriate ID at the time of sign-in and can only enter the installations with the same DoD ID card holder sponsor listed on their pass.

Thursday, Oct. 24

• EUCOM Harvest Festival (Washington Square/near Patch Chapel, Patch Barracks): 3 – 7 p.m.
  • Car show, Halloween Village, Trunk or Treat, Music, and more
• Patch Library Halloween Escape Room: open 11 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (RESERVATION REQUIRED)

Friday, Oct. 25

• Trunk or Treat at Army Health Clinic Parking Lot – Patch Barracks: 5:30 – 7 p.m.
• The Woman in Black (Stuttgart Theatre Center, Kelley Barracks): 7:30 p.m.
• Patch Library Halloween Escape Room: open 11 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (RESERVATION REQUIRED)

Saturday, Oct. 26

• The Great Pumpkin Run: Starting at 9 a.m.
• The Woman in Black (Stuttgart Theatre Center, Kelley Barracks): 7.30 p.m.
• Patch Library Halloween Escape Room: open 10 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (RESERVATION REQUIRED)
• Trick or Treat at Panzer Mall: noon – 3 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 27

• Thriller dance lessons (Stuttgart High School): 4 – 6 p.m.
• The Woman in Black (Stuttgart Theatre Center, Kelley Barracks): 3 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 31

• Halloween Spook-Tacular at Galaxy Bowling & Entertainment Center: 4 – 9 p.m.
• Trunk or Treat (Stuttgart High School): 5 – 7:30 p.m.
