Students in military families can get free homework help from professional tutors online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Authorized patrons include students in families of:
•Active duty U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps
•Active duty/deployed and part-time/inactive U.S. Military Reserves and National Guard
•Deployed Defense Department civilians
•Wounded Warriors and Survivors
Expert tutors are available to help in more than 16 subjects, including test prep, proofreading, math, science, English and social studies.
Student and tutor will work together in a secure online classroom, where they can chat, draw on a shared whiteboard, upload files, and browse the web together. Every tutoring session is anonymous, and no personal information is ever shared between tutor and student.
This service is funded by the Defense Department Morale, Welfare and Recreation Library Program, Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program and Navy General Library Program.
