Piranhas swim team rules Champs, earns 2nd place at Divisionals
While the Stuttgart Piranhas swim team finished the 2011-12 season with a disappointing second-place finish at the divisional team championships, the swimmers regrouped to capture 20 gold, 12 silver and nine bronze medals at the individual championships held a few weeks later. The Rheinland Divisionals meet was held Jan. 28 at the home pool of the Piranhas’ main rival, the Kaiserslautern Kingfish.
